Don't see SSIS and SSRS projects templates in VS 2019 anymore - SQL Server Integration Services
Don't see SSIS and SSRS projects templates in VS 2019 anymore - SQL Server Integration Services
Hi,
I have VS 2019 installed and I believe I was able to create new SSIS projects locally. Now I don't see the templates when I try to create these projects.
What am I missing?
Thanks in advance.

One version was reporting failure over and over and over, and prompting at the top of the screen if you want to disable it. I made that mistake too.

Hi Naomi N,
Please refer to the following steps and pictures:
1.Please create a Blank Solution in Visual Studio 2019.
2.Please click "Extensions" and then choose "Manage Extensions" .
3.Please search the services that you need and choose it , then clickDownload.
Note:Projects with a green check mark indicate that projects have been downloaded.

Hi Naomi,
I agree that the current UI to create a new project is somewhat confusing.
You would also need to install theSQL Server Integration Services Projects for VS2019.

For SSIS I discovered that the extension was disabled and for SSRS I already downloaded it.
Thanks.
